The Role

We are seeking someone with 2-3 years of experience for a Support Analyst role. The IT Support Analyst is

also be an integral member of a dynamic IT team in a great organisation.

Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting techniques;
- Sound technical knowledge to work in our dynamic team environment;
- Excellent time management skills and a focus on delivery; and - Diploma or a Degree Qualification in IT.

Required technical skills:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, desktops, laptops, printers and associated Standard Operating Environment (SOE) environments;
- Demonstrated experience with managing and supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment;
- Demonstrated experiencing managing and supporting Cisco Telephony and Audio-Visual equipment

including the Webex App and Webex Room Devices; and - Knowledge of ITIL best practice framework.
