NSW Government Agency is looking for a HR Advisor with Government experience to support with a range of projects for the Agency in Parramatta.

**About the role**:

- Develop, analyse and manage systems and processes to support People, Performance and Culture activities such as PMES
- Delivery of services such as employment conditions, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management
- Interpretation of human resource legislation, policies and processes such as the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
- Participate in project teams and coordinate and manage designated human resource project activities
- Provide advice to clients to develop an awareness of human resource policies, promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes and mitigate risk.
- Provide case management support to the People Partners team
- Maintain the organizational structure for client groups to ensure currency.

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience
- Proven experience working within the Government Sector
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
