Team Leader Customer Service, Western Metro 2

**Salary Range**: $72,762 to $88,527 per annum plus Super Tenure: Ongoing Employment Type: Full Time Usual Work Location: Sunshine

**About the Role**: We have a Team Leader vacancy (home base, Sunshine Customer Service Centre) across our Western Metro 2 Cluster which include Sunshine, Deer Park, Melton, and Sunbury. Reporting to the Centre Manager you will not only lead the team in providing high quality customer service, but also support and monitor staff development though ongoing coaching. This is a permanent ongoing position whereby the successful applicants are expected to be willing to work in between any of the Western Metro 2 area sites on any given day.

**Duties**: - Supervise and motivate the team to deliver high quality customer service. - Responding to customer queries in an efficient and timely manner. - Provide ongoing training and development and support staff. - Assist in Identifying and implementation of innovative solutions towards business improvement.

**Skills & Experience**: - Ability to coordinate workload plans that align with agreed business outcomes. - Experience in assessing and monitoring staff performance towards improved performance. - Ability to drive and influence innovation towards improved business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve customer service targets. - Ability to travel and work from Sunshine, Deer Park, Melton, and Sunbury sites. - A current and valid driver's license is required.
