**LOCATION: Melbourne WEST, Australia**
**SALARY: Up to $65,000 dependent on experience plus commission**
Our client is a multi award winning organisation who has successfully brought a new level of service and fresh ideas to the Australian blue collar recruitment market.
Our client works with well known, enterprise companies across a wide range of sectors, and are extremely experienced at everything from placing a single temporary worker to running large scale permanent recruitment campaigns.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Setting up and Sitting Interviews alongside your fellow Recruitment Consultants, and with time and coaching progressing to holding your own interviews without supervision
- Being the first person to answer the phone in the office, creating that best ‘first impression’
**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a co-ordinating, personal assistant or highly organised role / profession
- Proven experience of hitting and over-achieving against KPI’s in order to support your colleagues in the branch
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Be able to work individually as well as be a great team player, and support your colleagues
