We are currently seeking a **dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager** to join our **QLD team**.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong account management or sales experience in the security, electrical, or technology distribution industry—someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the QLD region
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
- Prepare quotes and proposals, and follow up in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal departments (Tech Support, Operations, and Purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market activity

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous experience in account management, business development, or trade sales (ideally in electronic security or a related industry)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow a customer base
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
- Current driver’s licence (occasional customer visits may be required)
