We are currently recruiting an AO4 Operational Controller to join the Queensland state government in Wacol

**Your new company**

Is a state government department which is dedicated to ensuring the production and protection of Queensland’s rich natural resources. The National Eradication Program they run is the world’s only eradication initiative of its kind. It is also Australia’s largest biosecurity eradication program.

**Your new role**

As an AO4 Operational Controller will involve:

- Providing quality customer service to clients
- Responding to enquiries
- Accurately recording details on relevant databases
- Providing quality communications to both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing operational and administrative support
- Ensuring the timely delivery of operations
- Collating, recording, monitoring and editing client data using a departmental system
- Work autonomously as both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience of presenting to a small internal audience on work-related matters
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Experience working within a team environment with the ability to supervise a small team
- A current ‘C’ Class drivers’ licence
- High level of computer skills
- High level of communication skills
