**The Opportunity**

Take charge of, strategize, and manage all events and activations at Culture Kings. This entails overseeing celebrity in-store meet and greets, fashion runway shows, launch parties, and in-store product activations. The role involves meticulously planning impactful events to enhance the Culture Kings brand, achieving diverse objectives like increasing foot traffic to the store, generating on-brand content for greater amplification, engaging consumers to create memorable moments, and highlighting key product narratives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed run sheets, guest lists, floor plans, and other operational/administrative materials for all events.
- Negotiate and secure vendors/suppliers, managing communication leading up to and on the day of events to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide on-the-ground logistics for seamless coordination during events.
- Conceptualize, pitch, and execute impactful, disruptive, and memorable event opportunities aligned with the overall brand vision and marketing calendar to elevate Culture Kings.
- Update and maintain the events calendar, incorporating industry and cultural events relevant to the consumer.
- Regularly report event progress to stakeholders, maintaining an effective project management process.
- Monitor and track expenses throughout the event planning process to stay within set budgets.
- Identify opportunities for content creation, data capture, storytelling, and driving traffic within each event and activation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated proficiency with at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Prior experience in project management.
- Advantageous to possess existing contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Beneficial to have a solid understanding of the Culture Kings brand, streetwear culture, and the retail industry.
