**The Marketing & Events Officer is responsible for;**
- planning, coordinating, and executing campus events, including open days, information sessions, workshops, and other recruitment-related activities;
- supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of external events, including school career days / expos, education career expo’s, industry events, local sponsorship events, and other recruitment-related activities;
- developing and implementing innovation strategies to increase brand visibility on campus, whilst coordinating promotional online and offline campaigns.
- collaborating with student groups and organisations, faculty members and campus support teams.
- collecting feedback from students, faculty and staff regarding marketing materials, events and campus experiences.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in an educational or youth-oriented setting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the education industry, specifically related to student recruitment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Display creativity and a keen eye for detail in designing marketing materials and planning events.
- Show enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
