**About the role**:
In close collaboration with the Learning and Development Director, LMS Adminsitrator and team, you will administer, implement and report on learning and organizational development programs that maximize individual and team capability and support high standards of consumer directed service delivery.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development Director and Business Partners to ensure that UA’s training programs are effectively coordinated. This includes managing related scheduling, logistics, and communications
- Coordinate trainers/presenters enrolments and registrations, attendance records, evaluations, and related resources
- Arrange venues, coordinate travel and accommodating, catering, and prepare training materials such as handouts, presentations, etc
- Support data collection and analysis to evaluate training/program effectiveness and areas for improvement. This involves survey creation and distribution, data compilation, and report preparation

- Vocational qualifications in education, human resources and/or organisational development or similar role
- One to two years experience in an administrative role (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience in an administrator role in the Aged Care Industry (Preferred but not essential)
- Computer literacy including beginner to medium PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to communicate and consult within the team and with internal and external stakeholders
- Some experience in using technology such as Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom and webinars
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
