About your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Baptcare as our Learning Development Systems Specialist. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and maximise on-line learning across the organistaion to support the achievement of Baptcare’s vision and mission. You will be responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders and support the People, Culture and Safety Team with on-line resources and functionality (e.g. SharePoint pages, etc).
You will also be responsible for;
- Maintaining the integrity of the Learning Management System (courses and content) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- System optimisation through continuous improvement that supports organisational workforce objectives.
- Developing and maintaining standardised LMS tools and reporting; generation of standard and custom reports.
- Maintaining the Learning and Capability team intranet pages, including online training calendars.
- Workplace Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Contributing to People, Culture and Safety strategic project work as required
All about you
- Solid experience in learning management system administration and reporting, including the use of APIs (Litmos desirable)
- Experience working with E-learning software such as Articulate 360, video based and interactive learning materials
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and address issues as they relate to the LMS
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms
- High level attention to detail
- Well-developed critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and produce work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
