Who are you?
You champion continual improvement by understanding a wide range of methodologies, reporting and change management. You have a strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the potential of its capabilities to ensure there is market-leading value in our products and our services are efficient, whilst driving exceptional customer outcomes.
You are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritise you work to meet tight deadlines.
You are able to produce detailed presentations and reports to suit a wide audience and garner support for new initiatives. You enjoy working within a small team and the energy from a vibrant office.
What’s the role?
This role is critical to the success of CoreLogic, you will be the conduit between the process owners and global client experience teams to understand what is required to complete our transformation journey. You will be able produce clear, articulate process documentation, and create and maintain reporting to track success
By using established Continuous improvement models, the role is to examine all our key functions and know what is best in class process so our customers have seamless access to our all products and platforms as we exceed their service expectations.

Job Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, information technology or related
- 6-8 years of experience in General Insurance, Finance or related fields, of which 1-2 years as a Product Specialist or a Business Analyst
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge or experience in agile / lean development methodology
