Across 12-months work fulltime and gain practical industry experience whilst studying towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Financial Services.**

Based within the Fraud and Risk Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to the team. Day-to-day assist to raise awareness and follow up any fraud or risky activity for customer accounts.

**Duties Include**:

- Monitor customer accounts
- Notify customers of suspicious activity
- Follow-up customer concerns and queries
- Update and maintain customer information
- Additional administrative tasks as required

**About You**:

- Strong communication skills
- Exhibits a passionate and positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Takes initiative and has proficient problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Working knowledge of technology
