**The Role**

The position manages an APS4 Administration Officer within a flexible working environment and is accountable for:

- Leading and managing Level 2 support, responding to and triaging all reported user issues, resolving these where possible and adding value before escalating to the contracted Level 3 Support Team if necessary.
- Managing and overseeing the Administration Officer in creating new accounts, reactivating locked accounts and managing access levels across the entire FSU.
- Advising and assisting FSU regions with the induction and training of new users where requested.
- Developing maintaining and publishing PDF and web based User Guides within the FSU QMS system.

The mission of Fleet Support Unit - Australia (FSU-AUST) is to provide Australian wide maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services to CASG and Navy, and by doing so increase technical mastery of our personnel. Due to FSU-AUST being geographically dispersed across four states, a key enabler for this to occur is the staffing of the FSU National Office in order to provide unified leadership, strategy, consistency and coordination.
