**Key responsibilities and experience for the role includes, but are not limited to**:

- Undertake complex data analysis to determine patterns and trends in cohorts of customers, consistent with the legislation and policy intent
- Analyse existing qualitative evidence and gather new qualitative evidence relating to service providers
- Prepare data reports, case studies and scenarios, that can be used as evidence to support future decision making and service provider relationships in compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to undertake data analysis of the program
- Contribute to an ongoing culture of process improvement and education across data and reporting users

**Skills and experience we are looking for include**:

- High level experience in SQL programming and writing scripts and queries that source data from multiple systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and information to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in multiple data sets.
- Experience in interpreting data and answering commonly asked questions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience analysing and producing findings to allow business users to understand the data.
- Experience writing data reports, case studies and scenarios for use in decision documents.
