We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrator/Receptionist to join our supportive team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office.

The role will include the following:

- Managing incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Supporting the HR team with HR Administration including letters of offer, recruitment, health and safety reporting
- Managing purchase orders and payment of invoices
- Event coordination
- General administrative duties

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 + years in an administrator role
- HR experience an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
