DentaPlus, a fast-growing dental and medical supply company, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a **dual-role position** as **Receptionist & Order Fulfillment Assistant**.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment where you’ll play an essential part in both **front-line customer service** and **behind-the-scenes order processing**.

**Reception & Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, resolving basic queries and directing complex ones as needed.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front office area.

**Order Packaging & Warehouse Support**:

- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with receiving stock and organizing inventory.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Support general warehouse upkeep and basic logistics tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Friendly, clear communicator with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support both administrative and physical tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.

**Experience is a bonus but not required** - we provide full training
- Based in our warehouse with an office (not a clinic or retail store).
- This role combines office/reception duties with physical work (standing, lifting light boxes, packaging).
- Supportive team and friendly work culture.

Pay: $49,900.00 - $77,989.04 per year
