Myhealth Blacktown is seeking a personable, highly organised and professional team member to join our close knit team, as a receptionist on a casual basis.

You must be available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday's, Thursday's till 8.30pm, Fridays and on Weekends too.

On call during the week shifts available.

The position would be suitable for all individuals, including any recent high school leavers or Uni students, interested in an office role, whilst being mentored by an experienced team in a well-respected industry.

We are looking for individuals with empathy, commitment and strong desire for providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company with friendly, inviting atmosphere with great career progression opportunities for ambitious individuals.

In addition to shifts during the week the successful applicant must be available Saturdays and Sundays on an alternating rotation and be able to provide additional leave coverage from time to time to cover for sick or annual leave.

Desired Availability - Monday - Friday and weekends.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Rights to work in Australia;
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrate ability to provide high quality customer service;
- Previous experience in administration/customer care;
- Willingness to learn and work as a team;
- Ability to multi-task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail.

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Experience with Best Practice software;
- Previous experience as medical receptionist or similar;
- Ability to communicate in other languages welcome;
- Previous team lead experience welcome for more senior positions.
