**Position is for 3 days a week: Monday, Thursday and Friday OR potentially Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.** Mon/Friday appro hours are: 7:30am-5:45pm and Wednesday/Thursday hours are: 8:30am-6:15pm.

Previous Dental or Orthodontic Experience preferred but not essential.

If no experience, we are looking for team members with an ability to connect with customers/ team members. Previous customer service experience and working with teams an advantage.

The position is mainly as an orthodontic dental assistant, there are some simple administration tasks that are required as a minor role as outlined below.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping the Orthodontist, oral health therapist and orthodontic assistants with orthodontic procedures ie: braces/ aligner adjustments towards their new smiles, customer communication, laboratory communication, day preparation, restocking and organization of workstations, data entry, and sterilization of instruments.
- Cross trained in simple front end administration tasks ie: answering phones, scheduling appointments would happen later.

**Desirable Attitude & Skills**: Good listening and verbal skills. Self Organized. Average typing skills. Communicate with empathy. Work well within a team to achieve group's objectives. Previous ability working on schedule during busy times an advantage. Pleasant tone.
