**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Business Systems Officer on a full-time basis, based at our Picton office. This role will involve managing and supporting our business systems, as well as leading and coordinating various projects within the organisation.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3+ Years experience in a similar role
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Diploma)
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety, and well-being of all employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of system implementations and upgrades
- Provide technical support and training to system users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the systems
- Lead and coordinate projects within the organisation related to business systems
- Ensure compliance, data integrity and security within all business systems
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their system needs and implement solutions
- Generate and analyse reports from business systems to support decision-making processes
