**Position Available: Qualified Air-Conditioning**

**Tradesman Company**: Top Gun Air Conditioning

**Location**: Picton, NSW (Wollondilly preferred, but not essential)

**Pay**: $40-$45 per hour (based on experience)
- Install and maintain ducted and split system air conditioning units for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct diagnostics and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Perform scheduled maintenance to extend the life and efficiency of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
- Provide professional and friendly service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to WHS regulations
- Document job details accurately for client records and company use

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum of 3 years as a qualified tradesman
- Valid driver’s licence and white card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive
- Willingness to work across residential, industrial, and commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
