At **Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites**, we offer a relaxed, boutique-style experience in the heart of Bowen Hills just moments from the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and minutes from the city centre. With a mix of long-stay and short-stay guests, every day brings something new.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused **Guest Service Agents** to join our front office team, with **full-time and part-time roles available**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest queries, requests, and feedback in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Share your knowledge of the local area to enhance the guest experience
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the smooth daily operation of the property

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, guest-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go
- Professional personal presentation and attention to detail
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
