Are you looking for a full-time temporary position? Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry? Look no further Due to parental leave, we are partnering with a leading utility company in Australia, to find their next Business Services Coordinator.

Based north of the Hobart CBD, this role sits within one of Tasmania’s largest energy providers. This role will support the Leader of Business Services and is a chance to contribute to the team of a respected Tasmanian organisation.

**Your new role**

You are meticulous and have great attention to detail Working with a small team, you’ll be responsible for receipting of invoices, and raising of purchase orders. You will support the Leader of Business Services with maintenance and administration within the facilities areas. You will be able to work autonomously, show initiative, have a sense of humour, and be willing to contribute to a team. **What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll have demonstrated experience as a Business Services Coordinator or similar, along with:

- Experience using SAP and knowledge of Sharepoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of procurement processes and systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
