Our Hochi Mama 3121 restaurant is now looking for its newest addition; an ASSISTANT VENUE MANAGER

Our CBD venue has seen phenomenal success, with sell-out lunch and dinner services, 7-days a week. We are looking for a strong leader to step up to the plate and help our business flourish. As the assistant venue manager, and a part of our larger management team, you will be someone who has a proactive approach to work, an outstanding/confident floor presence, and an aptitude for supporting our team members. **The Opportunity**

We have an unmissable opportunity for a passionate **Assistant Venue Manager** to join our close-knit team You will be a natural leader and assist in managing and motivating the team
- Your duties will include but not be limited to -_
- Assisting in the implementation of strategies to ensure superior service and quality are delivered to our guests.
- Efficient managing of service to ensure upholding of standard of service and management of staff on shift
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Assist in driving KPI's and sales targets
- Maintaining safe and clean working conditions
- Working closely with management to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Assist in creating and implementing new ideas and processes to improve the venue; everything from events, activations, partnerships, procedures.
- Assist across rostering, inventory and stock ordering for the venue.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **1+** Years of management experience
- Experience with cocktails & wines
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and leadership skills
- Great problem solver
- Must have computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Dependable and reliable
- Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to take initiative
- Proactive in approach
- Great energy and nurturing.

**Salary**: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
