Change Manager

The Change Manager has a range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:
- Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change, assess risks and take preventative action.
- Provide support services to project teams to ensure project assurance.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process.
- Development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Provide communications to key stakeholders.
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and communications skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Able to cope with pressure and shifting deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Team player & able to collaborate with others
1. Demonstrated understanding of an effective change management process and the ability to create the supporting documentation to support the process.
2. Demonstrated experience in development and deployment of clear and effective internal communications.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and distribute relevant training materials before project implementation.
4. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a range of performance information such as performance reporting on service levels, KPI’s and financial reports.
5. Ability to enable continual improvements to change management methodology, tools, and training necessary to enhance the maturity across the organisation.
- Be an Australian citizen.
- Undergo several pre-employment checks, which includes a police records check.
