**About the Role**

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping nurses find locum and permanent roles across Australia. Don’t worry if you’re new to recruitment—we’ll provide full training and mentorship from some of the best in the business. You’ll be learning every day in a collaborative, friendly environment where your growth is our priority.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Building your professional presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Supporting the team with placements and day-to-day recruitment tasks

**Remuneration**

This role is paying between $65,000 - $70,000 + commission

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be**:

- Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn
- Honest, reliable, and able to manage your own time
- Confident speaking with people and building relationships
- Interested in the healthcare industry
- Well-organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
