In this temporary position as Principal Contract and Service Development Officer (AO7), you will ensure funded organisations deliver their initiatives in line with their contractual obligations and oversee systems and processes to monitor the implementation of contracting and engagement arrangements.
We are looking for a team leader that is able to provide strategic and operational advice regarding the implementation of Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) for contract/grants administration, service procurement, service monitoring and capacity development. You will need to have comprehensive understanding of contract management within government settings, including expertise in Queensland Government legislation and policies, procurement and grants administration. You have a proven track record of managing risks, issues and people to build capability and an effective workforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex scenarios and provide effective solutions will be essential in this role.
