Working with the Retention Marketing Manager, wider marketing team and other key stakeholders across the organisation your challenge is to partner with a broad range of stakeholders to provide recommendations on segmentation, optimising message to suit channel/s, best practice, donor journeys, campaign performance and optimisation.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Experience working in a marketing team executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

A track record working with data including managing processes with customer sensitive data, as well as data linked to campaign performance and reporting.

Experience executing campaigns in a marketing automation / marketing cloud platform (Oracle Eloqua highly desirable)

Excellent problem solver and creative thinker that can deliver and implement recommendations to improve customer experience and deliver on business requirements

Collaborative nature with high level of interpersonal, relationship management skills and a proven capacity to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy, whether working with written copy, pictorial content or data and reporting

This is a 12 month, fixed term full time opportunity with a hybrid work model of working from home and from our Melbourne Processing Centre, which is located a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross Station.
