An awesome opportunity is currently available for a Marketing Coordinator to join an elite, thriving marketing team on a F/T, permanent basis. **The Role**:
You will be responsible for coordinating promotional and tactical marketing campaigns to drive the 'Direct First' strategy and member acquisition & retention. Brief creative and coordinate design feedback on campaigns and social media assets. Facilitate the communications processes, the production of content and distribution across all digital channels. Contributing to website content creation and managing website maintenance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Coordination - Brief design tasks into the Graphic Designer
- Collaborating with internal teams on marketing strategy and plans.
- Oversee the production of collateral including brochures, banners, merchandise, marquees and posters
- Supporting the delivery of the consumer marketing plan to grow brand awareness, our member base and drive online reservations.
- Developing creative briefs with our Design team to bring content and campaigns to life.
- Coordinating tactical marketing initiatives for our Membership Department to support retention and acquisition targets.
- Social Media - Work with the Marketing Team to develop and implement our social media strategy.
- Produce posts for all social channels that compliment and promote the content articles produced for the website.
- Managing and monitoring social media and other online platforms, including performing the role of community manager to gain insights, collect feedback and grow relationships with company's guests, members and wider community
- Prepare, schedule and monitor posts for Facebook and Instagram.
- Reshare content where relevant
- Act as the primary community manager and work with Digital Advertising Manager to boost posts to increase engagement
- Manage the content calendar
- Work with the Director of Marketing & Loyalty and broader marketing team to develop a content calendar in line with strategy and execute on time
- Coordinate the production of content for the website and upload onto the website.
- Prepare monthly digital reports

**Key Requirements**:

- The ability to work effectively within a busy marketing environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have excellent verbal communication and have a proven ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience writing briefs, providing feedback on artwork, and coordinating production and submission of marketing material.
- Proven digital marketing experience and ability to support effective campaign measurement.
- Creative and innovative approach to content creation.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience of monitoring key metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and making optimisations accordingly.
- Relevant marketing industry knowledge particularly within tourism, leisure, education, or e-commerce/ retail sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of WordPress (and HTML an advantage)
- Photoshop and video editing skills
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and communication tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business, Photoshop, and website CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO would be advantageous
