Ozford Institute of Higher Education (OIHE) is a fully accredited provider of Higher Education undergraduate and postgraduate business degrees in the fields of Accounting, Management and Marketing. OIHE is associated with the well-established Ozford Education Group (OEG) offering English language, High School, and pathway courses.

The Institute is committed to the provision of quality and contemporary education and is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful **Admissions Officer** with a positive track record in a similar role, and a demonstrated commitment to the improvement of student experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain timely and accurate student records (admission, enrolment, personal, academic and attendance) on various student management / record systems.
- Ensure all records are kept in a logical and accessible way.
- Coordinate student data reporting processes, and provide some analysis of records and data.
- Using records to identify and provide required support to both students and staff.
- Present student records in a professional layout.
- Liaise with student parents, guardians and other stakeholders, as required.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel
- Ability to understand and interpret data at a basic level
- Experience and passion in the provision of international student support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy workload
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team with initiative
- Ability to speak another language is highly regarded
