**Description**

**The Business**
A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Infrastructure (NSW) Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). From transmission lines and substations to communications solutions and renewable energy, we’re proud to design, construct, and maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps Australia moving forward.

**The Role**
You will be a motivated and organised professional to support the business in the success of the day-to-day operations, in a fast past environment where no two days are the same.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role with high-volume recruitment in a resources and energy
- Friendly and approachable
- Ability to think outside the box
- Contribute to continuous improvement idea's
- Previous experience in the recruitment of a blue-collar workforce, preferably with electrical trades
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities, with strong adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, as required.
