- Permanent Opportunity - Hybrid Working - Inner West Location
- Circa $110,000 to $140,000 (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join a leading Retail organisation with a key focus on stakeholder engagement to assist the organisation with their growth objectives.
- Collaborating closely with your stakeholders to determine recruitment needs and building strong talent pools using a range of sourcing methods to ensure a strong alignment for the role/business
- Planning the interview and selection process, ensuring a structured and consistent approach that aligns with dedicated timeframes
- Ensuring a smooth offer process, conducting reference checks and generating contracts
- Promoting employee branding, building social media presence and coordinating the early careers program

To excel in this role you will need;
- Minimum 2 years experience in an end-to-end recruitment role
- Excellent communication & influencing skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships
- Proven ability to be hands-on and work effectively in an evolving environment
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek etc.
- Exposure to the Retail or Health industry would be highly desirable
