**CarCo WA Pty Ltd** have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused **Receptionist.**

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

**THE ROLE**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
- Must be available to work the following hours:

- Monday 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
- every second Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm

**YOU**:

- Strong listening & problem solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
- Honest with high levels of energy and integrity
- Fully Computer Literate
- Able to multi task an prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Current and valid drivers licence
- Availability to work late night on Wednesday nights and Saturday half day
- ** Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential**
