CarCo are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to be a part of our vibrant and friendly Administration Department in Midland

**CarCo **have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused **Receptionist.**

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills to assist our customers and stakeholders, as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail.

**ROLE**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly & welcoming manner
- Answer all phone inquiries & operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer inquiries & concerns with professionalism & tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate & professional manner
- Perform clerical duties that include scanning, filing, photocopying & ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management

- Willingness to learn & develop
- ** Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential**
