**About the Role**

As a Recruitment Coordinator within our People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees by managing contracts, pre-employment checks, and compliance. This fast-paced role is perfect for a compassionate and detail-oriented administrator. You’ll receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that improve the employee experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Welcome and Support New Employees: Be the first point of contact for onboarding enquiries, providing an inclusive, and customer-focused experience.
- New Employee Contracts Administration and Onboarding: Generate and manage contracts as well as initiate and oversee onboarding for new employees with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee pre-employment checks, qualifications, and registrations, ensuring documentation meets all compliance requirements.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
- Coordinate Programs and Initiatives: Support key programs such as graduate intakes, Work Experience Program, Unpaid Appointments and the Employee Length of Service Awards.
- Collaborate with Your Team: Work alongside a supportive and experienced team to achieve shared goals.

- Experienced Administrator: Proven experience in administration, preferably in HR or a similar field.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy and ensuring every detail is correct.
- Confidential and Trustworthy: You handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Systems Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SuccessFactors and eager to learn new HR systems (training provided).
- Problem Solver: You enjoy managing timelines and finding solutions to challenges.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with Fair Work standards and enterprise agreement interpretation is an advantage (training provided). Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP is a bonus but not required.
