Epitomising the quality and professionalism of a boutique Real Estate Agency, our client is a small close-knit team who work tirelessly to deliver premium results for their clients

**Duties**

Working 4 weekdays and a Saturday, you will manage all day to day property management duties for a portfolio of 110 properties:

- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords and provide exceptional customer service
- All inspections - in and goings, showings
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Trouble-shooting and attending tribunals
- Minimise arrears and maximising returns for landlords
- Managing and updating the database and intranet
- Sourcing new landlords

**Specific requirements**
- Demonstrated experience managing a residential portfolio
- A current Class 1 or 2 License and driver’s license
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office & Rest / Property Tree)
- Highly developed telephone, written and verbal communication skills
