We're seeking passionate and experienced Chefs & Kitchen Stewards to join our Head Chef who will be integral in bringing this restaurant to life.

**What do the roles look like?**

We're looking for skilled culinary professionals across a range of roles—including **Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Commis Chef & Kitchen Stewards**—who bring precision, creativity, and teamwork to the kitchen. Each position plays a vital part in delivering Huami's dynamic and refined dining experience, and we're seeking individuals who can elevate their craft in a premier environment. Seafood butchery skills would be highly desired, as they contribute to the finesse and consistency of our seafood offerings. Whether you're leading a section, supporting senior chefs, or honing your technique, there's an opportunity here to grow and contribute to something exceptional.

**_ About You_**

You will have proven experience working in a fast paced environment and have exceptional service standards with faultless attention to detail. You will have a positive attitude, be a confident communicator and be willing to work as part of a team, cementing your ability to work well under pressure. Availability for peak times is a must.

Of course, it goes without saying that you will also possess the relevant qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
