Here is your opportunity to Join William Adams CAT team in the role of Service Quoting Advisor. This is a key role working with the service quoting team to provide timely and accurate quotes to our valued customers and take ownership of the entire service quoting process

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Product Support Manager - Support Services, daily responsibilities will include the following:

- Provide accurate and efficient quotes to customers ensuring market competitiveness and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quotes have a consistent format and pricing, making use of Standard Jobs and templates wherever possible.
- Provide input to the Repair Options Advisors on the need for additional Standard Jobs.
- Provide primary support to internal teams on certified rebuilds and major projects.

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will bring the following skills, experience, and attributes to the role**:

- Mechanical trade qualification (ideally on Heavy Plant and Equipment)
- Experience in a customer facing role (ideally a Service Coordinator, Service Supervisor or Team Leader).
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi task
- A proactive and helpful approach to tasks
- Previous experience in Quoting Service Repairs and Rebuilds would also be highly regarded
