The purpose of this role is to provide front end sourcing support services to support operations through identifying, planning and implementing sourcing opportunities, sourcing and tendering management activities.
- Have experience of working with challenging and diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Sourcing specialist experience is essential, ideally within a large and complex commercially focussed environment
- Excellent contract negotiation skills essential, coupled with a true understanding of strategic sourcing
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement essential, coupled with accuracy of information, costing and forecast price
- Experience at managing multiple contracts at varying stages of the sourcing process
- Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class sourcing outcomes.
- To be able to constructively challenge the status quo through position of knowledge and experience gained from other similar roles.

**Skills**:

- Sourcing experience, ideally, within the resources sector with demonstrated knowledge of the construction market and key operators.
- Domain knowledge of scaffolding and conveyor maintenance category will be held in high regard, as will good working knowledge in fixed plant shut maintenance operations.
- High level attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Excel, word and PPT skills
