**An fantastic opportunity to work at a holiday park in the Spa capital of Australia. Known for its natural mineral springs, Daylesford is at the foothills of the Great Diving Range.**
**About the Park**
A spacious tranquil park surrounded by trees and only a short walk from the beautiful town of Daylesford - the spa capital of Australia.
This is a stunning pet and family-friendly park offers a variety of accommodation with glamping, cabins, powered and unpowered sites along with amenity blocks, Kitchen, Playground and pop up cinema.
**The Role**
We're currently recruiting an experienced management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
Managers must have a a love of the industry, be absolutely customer focussed and have a commercial mindset. A creative flare for local marketing and community engagement and ability to work social media is essential. You must be hands on in regards to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting VIC Parks in protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience
- Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and supervise small teams
- Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
- Achievement of agreed KPI's
A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.
On site accommodation will be provided to the successful applicant(s).
**Selection Criteria**
- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- The drive to create park events and promote through social media
