- Daylesford Aged Care / Lumeah Lodge is a 30 bed aged care facility with support from 2 x Nurse Unit Managers in a job share role providing additional support to our nursing team. We are an Age-Friendly Health Service delivering age friendly health care for older people, their family and their carers to reduce harm and improve their quality of life is important to us.
- You will be working closely with our existing team and Nurse Unit Managers to provide both direct and in-direct care, ensuring we provide best care, every time for our Residential Aged, Acute and Transitional Care clients._
- To be successful in this role you must demonstrate dedication to practice that acknowledges and supports the dignity, culture and values of each individual in our care as well as our team._
- The Enrolled Nurse - Medication Qualified is an integral member of our multidisciplinary team who works to achieve a high standard of evidence-based care to ensure positive treatment outcomes that are closely aligned with what matters for each individual. In this role you undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and discharge planning of clients and assume accountability and responsibility for your own practice based upon your level of educational preparation and competence._

We have a permanent positions available, a total of up to 80 hours per fortnight for successful applicants.

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
