Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the ANUM is an important member of the clinical nursing team who works collaboratively to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care to clients.

The ANUM is responsible for the co-ordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality and safe person-centred care. The ANUM accepts the responsibility of the co-ordination of the Unit in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager.

**_ Details of Appointment_**

Fixed Term (to the 31 December) working 64 hours per fortnight - with the opportunity of ongoing employment after this time

**Salary**: $52.49 - $54.26 Per hour + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
