**Your duties as Sales/Business Coordinator include but are not limited to the following**:

- Taking responsibility for the sales administration tasks, it includes database management, end-to-end lead management (incl proposals/price lists) and CRM maintenance.
- Coordinating with logistics and sales team globally for timely delivery of goods.
- Support the Head Office with sales process management and improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system.
- Contract management and order management, communicate with parties in the contract to understand all terms.
- Preparing regular reports for the sales, hire and management teams.
- Follow up on customer payment collection.
- Accept extra duties as situations arise.
- Knowledge of IncoTerms is essential.
- Works efficiently and calmly on tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
- A Bachelor degree in international trade and commerce or related field.
- Experiences in trading company preferred, be familiar with International Trade Practice and Rules in Australia and New Zealand is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coaching, and oral communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Herston, QLD 4006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
