**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Head of RAMS Product, you will support the operational management and oversight of RAMS securitisation related operations.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the identification of loans for scrubbing, and answering queries from the Westpac Securitisation Team in Adelaide in relation to their loan scrubbing process.

This role will also be responsible for facilitating and assisting with various internal and external due diligence activities required as part of the execution of a securitisation transaction. Reporting and assisting with investor reporting post securitisation will be expected.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Managing, on a day-to-day level, the identification of loans for scrubbing and queries from the Securitisation Team in Adelaide arising from their loan scrubbing process and provide reporting on their activities
- Engaging with RAMS Business Units, to consider the impact of proposed changes and any JUNO issues on securitisation
- Engaging with Group Treasury to ensure securitisation market, and Group driven changes are understood and incorporated as required
- Developing deep SME knowledge of RAMS Home Origination and Servicing systems and processes to support the Head of as Business Application Owner as well as support the wider Product team
- Managing incidents and issues to resolution across the end to end of Product Management
- Supporting Product Governance outcomes where required
- At a future date, support activities required as part of the execution of a securitisation transaction, including reporting

**What do I need?**
- Experience in Mortgage Operations and knowledge of Operational Risk & Compliance are absolutely critical
- Experience with Change Management structures/ processes are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to diverse and changing circumstances
- Ability to build and manage effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to understand and interpret internal policies, and implement procedures as required
- Advance Excel skills & other business software
