**About this role**:
As the Training Administrator, based at the Australian headquarters in Stafford (Brisbane), you are responsible for supporting the Applied Learning Team’s facilitation of learning and development programs. If successful, you will be invited to join the Applied Learning team of inspiring and collaborative individuals.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordination of Applied Learning - APAC training events. This includes:
- Communication and logistics management
- Liaising with Field Educators and other Applied Medical team members
- Administration of the Applied Learning Management System
- Event coordination for tradeshows.

**About you**:
Joining Applied Medical in this role, you will have a passion for supporting the onboarding of new team members and administration. Currently working in an administrative role, you are a highly organised planner with a strong level of attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Competency working with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and Forms)
- Experience with project/event management desirable
- Growth mindset and adaptable to change.
