**About the Role**
You will use your existing Test management expertise to ensure that the CMATS Material System Design and Verification outcomes are as planned and delivered by the Contractor, meeting Airservices and Defence requirements as defined in the CMATS Acquisition Contract.
You will work as a cross-functional team member of the OneSKY program and CMATS program delivery, reporting to the CMATS Program Manager. This role works in close collaboration with the CMATS Engineering Manager and vendor's team to support CMATS Project Managers.
You will monitor and produce Testing reports reflecting agreed test metrics with issues, risks, and escalations for all V&V activities with a solution-focused mindset to ensure the work-focus areas align with the specific Project milestones: V&V and Acceptance across all releases of CMATS.
This role is an active participant/lead in Project milestones reviews.
As key member of the CMATS delivery team, you will identify resource requirements for testing activities, coordinate tasking/prioritisation with the CMATS Program Manager, Project Managers and CMATS Engineering Manager.

Specific duties will include:
As Test Manager you are:

- Accountable for test governance and test reporting metrics.
- Resource management of Test Team including V&V guidance and mentoring to the CMATS Test team members.
- Close collaboration internally with PM's and CMATS Engineering manager.
- Close collaboration externally with vendors team.
- Ensure Project-relevant Contractor deliverables are actioned in accordance with the Contract; these include Project-specific contractual documents and milestone reviews
- Accountable for all Test coordination activities e.g. test triage meetings.
- Test reporting to CMATS Program Manager and Project Managers accordingly.

**Skills and Experience**
- Hold tertiary qualification in ICT, Test accreditation/s or adequate Test Management experience.
- Required to have demonstrated ability to:

- Extensive test management experience (over 7 years)
- Manage direct reports of a small team of junior and senior test team members
- Report test management outcomes and communicate to various technical and non-technical audiences
- Vendor's management
- Conflict resolution
- Strong reporting and communications skills.
- Have at least five (7) years of experience in software systems testing/V&V
- Have at least two (7) years of experience as a project manager, team manager, or resource manager
