FinXL IT Professional Services are seeking **Test Managers** with experience working in **Cyber Security** teams based in **Canberra**.

The role is offered on a **12 month **contract** in Canberra:
Potential **24 month extension**

**Hybrid** work (50% on-site and 50% working from home).

**Eligibility**_:_**

Australian Citizenship **and NV1 (top secret) security clearance** is **REQUIRED **for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be required to:
Manage the timely delivery of testing outcomes and the quality of testing processes plan.

Develop, and manage test cases for different types of testing at various stages of testing on appropriate testing platforms.

Liaise with project teams to ensure appropriate methodology and testing tools are used for testing processes.

Review complex test cases from team members to ensure quality.

Contribute to the approach for scripting, test data requirements gathering, and test data gathering

Define and document requirements for test environments.

Identify, analyse, manage and report on trends of defects, programming errors and inconsistent operational characteristics.

Conduct complex testing to ensure the ICT service functions as per requirements.

Attend interagency meetings and forums to influence business outcomes and share information.

**Required Experience**:
The ideal consultant will have the demonstrated experience:
Writing test strategies and test plans from requirements and/or technical documentation

Demonstrated experience and understanding of:
Incident Management & Breach Responses (**IMBR**)

Security Information & Event Management (**SIEM**);
Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (**SOAR**)

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

**Desirable Experience**:
Prior experience in Federal Government
