**The Role**:
This government department is currently improving cyber security within Australia. This role will help to make Australia a more secure place to connect online. This role is an ongoing requirement for a Test Manager to work in support of the National Program on complex projects within an integrated workforce.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct test planning, coordination and control of various test activities whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and deliver outcomes.
- Identify, develop and adopt continuous improvements to the test framework, tools and artefacts throughout the software testing life cycle.
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release; deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework.
- Managing a team of test analysts; Broad experience in managing the testing with system interfaces, security use-cases and testing system infrastructure.

**Experience Required**:

- Hands-on experience of a management role within a SAFe/agile scrum environment; Usage of Atlassian tech stack for design execution and reporting; Confluence/Jira experience is beneficial.
- Proven experience demonstrating responsibility for all aspects of the test management process (analysis, design, planning, testing execution, monitoring, and reporting).
- Demonstrated experience in the verification of ICT infrastructure (physical and virtual), CI/CD developed solutions and client and server software.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining the integrity of testing and coordinating the execution of these activities, defining test cases, scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and use cases.
- Must have full working rights within Australia; Baseline of NV1 level security clearance is highly beneficial.
