**Research & Insights Analysts (Multiple Positions) - NSW Government**

Research & Insights professionals required by a NSW Government department on 12-month contracts with likely ongoing extensions.
- **Location: Parramatta + WFH (hybrid)**:

**Positions Available**:

- **Research & Insights Lead - $1,000 per day + Super**:

- **Research & Insights Analyst - $850 per day + Super**:

- **Research & Insights Coordinator - $650 per day + Super**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
As a Research & Insights professional, you will be responsible for providing a range of research & analytical support to contribute to high quality research outcomes.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Undertake research & analysis to identify emerging issues & develop evidence-based options
- Manage the workflow of research projects
- Establish surveys in Qualtrics as well as analyse large & complex data using a variety of techniques
- Manage sustainable partnerships with internal & external stakeholders through the provision of information & advice to gain support & commitment to research projects
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current & emerging trends in research & analysis

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field/discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role undertaking market research and/or customer experience research as well as trend identification & analysis
- Strong working knowledge with Qualtrics & other relevant research tools including but not limited to Dovetail, Alida etc.
- Outstanding communication skills & a natural aptitude managing strong relationships with stakeholders
