**About the Role**

The Research & Insights Analyst is responsible for conducting research and analysis of information and data, utilising a range of tools and technologies to inform policy planning and decision making within Service Experience Strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake research and analysis to identify emerging issues, develop evidence-based options, and support recommendations to inform policy planning and decision making
- Manage the workflow of research projects including establishing project objectives and outcomes and monitoring project milestones to ensure time, cost and quality requirements are met.
- Establish surveys in Qualtrics, analyse large and complex data using a variety of techniques and technologies and present the analyses in various formats for use in reports to communicate emerging themes, develop evidence-based options and recommend solutions.
- Foster sustainable partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through the provision of information and advice to gain support and commitment to research projects and that organisation, business and research objectives are met.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current and emerging trends in research and analysis methodologies to ensure Service Experience Strategy initiatives are based on emerging and innovative global best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the team unit including reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures, and recommending opportunities for efficiency.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, psychology, commerce or equivalent and/or demonstrated equivalent experience in a research role with core knowledge relating to business analysis, statistics, or methods is essential
- Demonstrated experience with Qualtrics and other relevant research tools.
- Demonstrated market research and/or customer experience research experience including an understanding of Voice of Customer.
- Experience in managing and engaging stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in Gov. highly regarded.
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident.
