Are you passionate about brand management and design? We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee and elevate our brand presence. Your role will be crucial in ensuring all brand-related content and materials adhere to our established guidelines, covering visual elements like logos, colors, and fonts, as well as messaging, tone, and imagery. You'll play a key role in driving demand generation campaigns and supporting initiatives for clients, partners, and sponsors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver an exceptional Gallagher brand experience.
- Support and execute brand-building campaigns.
- Develop diverse creative formats across client, partnership, and sponsorship assets, including animations and static designs.
- Provide training and guidance on brand guidelines and best practices.
- Create engaging social media graphics and web assets.
- Collaborate with our Global Marketing Team.
- Manage your portfolio and stakeholders proactively and autonomously.
- Develop conference materials for partner associations.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong design judgment across graphic, digital, and creative functions.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and brand strategies effectively.
- Adaptability to evolving brand strategies and market trends.
- Experience in brand governance or as a brand custodian.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and innovative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and expectations simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timeline setting, and results reporting.
- Skilled in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with commercial insight.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a relevant degree.
- Experience in a fast-paced, large organisation.
- Preferred experience in the general insurance industry, broking, or finance.
